These units are in good overall shape. They come to you out of a working environment. I had no problem powering these units up and they appear ready to go. This is all the testing I have run them through. I will guarantee them to power on, I make no warranty where software or licencing is concerned. These are large cabinets that I will strap to a pallet and ship to you as freight. I am not very familiar with this equipment, if you are looking at this you know more than I do. Alcatel will demonstrate the delivery of high-definition television (HDTV) signals across a high-speed SONET backbone network. Alcatel's 1741 VC video codec will "ATMize" the HDTV signals into ATM cells and pack the cells onto a SONET transport signal. An Alcatel 1000 AX ATM switch will switch the traffic onto an OC-48 SONET backbone.

I will ship internationally. I will only accept wire transfer as a payment method however. No I will not ship to Indonesia on a credit card or paypal account, sorry.
